The Xodus Collective exists to galvanize, support, and elevate the practices of liberatory
educators and youth socialization/restorative professionals in the Milwaukee area. The Xodus Collective was birthed out of black youth existential urgency and founded by black (Afrikan) educators who maintain that black (Afrikan) youth in our city must be prepared with the competencies and consciousness to solve the problems and serve the best interests of their community and race. Xodus centers its educational efforts on buttressing existing liberatory spaces, providing counsel and development to local liberatory youth service practitioners, and advocating for the deepening and expansion of liberatory education in the Milwaukee area.
